The Tech Team is home to our resident SYNC Specialists. Trained by Ford Motor Company, they have extensive knowledge of SYNC & MyTouch products and can answer all your technical questions. They can help you get started with SYNC, set up your phone, teach you voice commands, play music, get your vehicle health report & find answers to keep you connected.

What should I bring with me?
You'll need to bring your
1. Bluetooth enabled mobile phone
2. Any other Bluetooth devices you want to connect, like an iPod or other Bluetooth enabled media player
3. SyncMyRide User ID & password. Don't worry if you haven't set up a SyncMyRide account because our Specialist can do that for you when you're here.

What should I do when I arrive?
When you arrive in our Service Department, a SYNC specialist will greet you and get you started right away. The amount of time is up to you, usually lasting approximately 15 minutes.
